Here are the details of what you can see when this Sunday at Teesside Autodrome for round 4 of HEL Performance DriftCup.

Saturday will see the track open at 0930 for open practice. This will take place all day with a break at 1230 till 1330. The track will close at 1700 when the drivers will then prepare for Sunday.

1430 Top 32 announcement (In front of cafe)

1530 The main event Top 32 finals

1800 Trophy presentation at the Judging tower

The track will open at 0900 and the drivers will get a few more laps under their belts to perfect the line.

The track closes at 1145 while the drivers prepare for qualifying

Each driver will then get two runs to impress the judges for a place in the finals. Only the top 32 drivers will progress to the main event.

The top 32 announcement will take place in front of the cafe. The drivers will then have a briefing ready for battle.

At 1530 the finals will start, head to head, door to door battles until we have a winner!

Who will be on the top step of the podium?

Can Alistair Sutton increase his lead in the championship?

A loss in the top 32 at the hands of Aidan Clarence would see his lead cut dramatically.

Can Stuart Maclachlan return to the podium and add to his victory at round 2?

Dave Bastin returns to the grid after missing the last round. His Corolla, powered by an SR20 will be well suited to the track and could be one to watch.

Tom Hutchison and Yohann Quaziz host regular practice days at the venue, so they may have a slight advantage. Could they back up the teams victory at round one?

Flat out Factory round 1

We must never forget the females on the grid. Teesside is Laura Hinks local track, her aim is for a podium place this Sunday. With the good form she has shown lately, you would be a brave person to bet against it.

Lisa Branch and Zanna young will both be driving Nissan R33’s. Lisa has been getting some seat time at events at Santa Pod, she is keen to repeat her success at the last round and wants to make at least the top 8.

Zanna has had her R33 for a number of year and kind of fell out of love with it. A day at Rockingham Drift Days last Sunday has seen her fall back in love with the car. Could this see a return to good form we’ve been waiting for?

There are a bunch of drivers who are all aiming high!

You need to be there to witness an incredible event!

Discounted tickets for Sunday are still available in the shop, tickets will be available on the gate too.

We look forward to seeing you there!
